Sugar Tart of Notre-Dame-des-Bois

1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
2/3 cup of flower
3 cups of milk
2 eggs
5 cups of maple syrup (A)

Mix the melted butter or margarine with the entire flower.
Mix the eggs (beaten) with the milk and syrup.
Add togther in a pan and cook for 10 minutes. (B)
Pour into a pie crust for baking
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Note A: The word written is "cassonade" which translates to "brown sugar". I'm guessing its maple syrup.
Note B: This is a guess. I can't translate what is written.
